As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our communities, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and driving revenue growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure the successful operation of our properties
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to meet or exceed budget goals
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management and stakeholders
  • Manage the leasing process, including guiding new residents through the leasing process and ensuring timely rent collection
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including scheduling repairs and vendors as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of property management experience preferred
  • Prior experience using property management software, such as ResMan, preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
