Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll oversee the correct operation of video poker machines in designated truck stop locations. As a Video Poker Technician, you'll be responsible for device repair, machine conversions, routine preventative maintenance, and EPROM replacement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper functioning of video poker machines in assigned locations.
  • Conduct repairs, conversions, and routine maintenance on devices as needed.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete end-of-day paperwork and submit reports to relevant personnel.
  • Manage inventory and track parts on hand.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, including repairs, maintenance, oil changes, and cleaning.
  • Be available 24/7 for on-call duties.
  • Move bases and machines as necessary between properties.
  • Attend Gaming Department meetings and share knowledge with staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of experience in gaming/technical environments.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Louisiana driver's license required.

Estimated salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
