Key Responsibilities
The Senior Process Engineer will oversee projects and personnel within Page's Industrial sector, focusing on the following areas: process systems, process-mechanical, Bulk Gas delivery, Ultra High Purity (UHP) systems, Industrial Waste management, and Ultrapure Water (UPW) systems across various ongoing projects through all phases, including programming, schematic design, development of construction documents, construction oversight, and project completion.
- Enhance our workforce by recruiting and mentoring staff, and supporting project teams;
- Promote technical advancement within our engineering teams;
- Contribute to the development of business strategies to support strategic growth forecasts, progressively enhancing year over year;
- Assist in managing the Process Engineering team;
- Drive growth in the Industrial sector, particularly in the Phoenix area and throughout the western United States and internationally;
- Exhibit the ability and willingness to travel to domestic and international project sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution;
- 15+ years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water systems in the semiconductor or advanced technology sectors;
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the U.S. is preferred but not mandatory;
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe pipe stress software, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
