Finance Co-op Program Overview

At J&J Family of Companies, we believe in empowering the next generation of finance leaders. Our six-month Finance Co-op Program provides college students with hands-on experience in finance, allowing them to develop leadership, technical, and communication skills.

Program Highlights:

  • Gain practical experience in finance teams, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.
  • Develop skills in budget support, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, and month/year end closing procedures.
  • Participate in data analysis, project management support, problem-solving, and active business partnering.
  • Opportunity to work with various operating companies within the Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Corporate Segments.

Eligibility:

  • Current enrollment in an accredited College/University.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or Fifth Year Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or business-related major.
  • Expected graduation date in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

Benefits:

  • Anticipated base pay between $21/hour and $23/hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience.
  • Overtime eligibility.
  • Eligibility to participate in Company employee benefit programs, including medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay.
