Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Global Finance team at J&J Family of Companies. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing data science solutions to drive business decisions and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data science solutions to drive business decisions and improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement machine learning models to predict financial outcomes
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with finance teams to integrate data science solutions into financial planning and analysis

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in data science and machine learning
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working in a finance or commercial setting
  • Knowledge of big data and data pipelining
  • Intermediate level of software development and automation skills
