Job Overview

We're seeking a talented Process Engineer Intern to join our team at Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND.

As a Process Engineer Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Process Engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, R&D, Quality, and Tool and Die, to drive new product development and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Quality, and Tool and Die teams to aid in new product development, including trials and quality testing
  • Assist in evaluating manufacturing processes, eliminating gaps, and developing SOPs for production
  • Provide operational and technical support for production lines
  • Recommend processing changes to improve production performance
  • Contribute to the development of process documentation, evaluation, and flow mapping, including statistical process capability analysis
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Creo Parametric
  • Understanding of geometrical and dimensional tolerancing (GD&T) and ability to read prints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
