We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
- Help orient new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
- Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
