Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician II to join our Emergency Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day oversight of Emergency Services, including triage of community referrals at Crisis Intervention Team and main office locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and annual evaluations for Emergency Services Clinicians.
  • On-call-after-hours weekly rotation for purpose of case solution.
  • Provide crisis assessment/intervention service that, in every case, utilizes the least restrictive means possible to meet the client's needs.
  • Assist ES Supervisor with interviewing/hiring processes and training of new staff members.
  • Oversight of 24-hour Emergency Services schedule with ES leadership team.
  • Daily Quality Assurance audits and chart review.
  • Assist in the facilitation of ES staff meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Requires a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field, or another degree as approved by the Virginia Department of Health Professions. In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this class requires a minimum of four years of related, full-time equivalent experience. Requires State of Virginia licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Counselor (LPC).
