Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Chesapeake Home Care team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and efficient clinical care, serving as a resource to clinical staff, physicians, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care resources to meet clinical needs
  • Oversee multidisciplinary team to facilitate efficient clinical care
  • Serve as a resource to clinical staff, physicians, and the public
  • Makes administrative decisions regarding potential or actual problematic situations
  • Assist with program and staff development, program implementation, and policy/procedure development and compliance
  • Engage in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service delivery
Requirements
  • 2 years of home health, infusion, and/or Hospice experience required
  • 1 year supervisory experience required, preferred 1 year clinical supervisory experience
  • RN-Associate's Degree or RN-Bachelor's Level Degree or RN-Diploma (Non-degree) required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
  • Registered Nurse license required
