Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including floor operations, brand training programs, and team management.
  • Lead team meetings and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Oversee brand training programs, including scheduling, training, validating, and certifying team and shift lead staff.
  • Ensure that brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently throughout the restaurant.
  • Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant, ensuring that all team members are providing excellent customer service.
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members.
  • Execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling, as applicable.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Control costs to help maximize profitability.
  • Complete inventory on a periodic basis as determined by the franchisee.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in completing the weekly labor schedule, ensuring that all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in assigning staff and deployment.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in completing supplier and other vendor orders.
  • Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans.
  • Ensure that the restaurant budget is met as determined by the franchisee.
  • Manage cash over/short in the restaurant and ensure that team members are following the franchisee's cash management policies.
  • Engage with the Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
Management Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
  • Assist team and shift lead performance appraisal process.
  • Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required.
  • Top-notch customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task.
  • Financial literacy and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must submit to a background check.
  • Previous management experience required.
