About the Job

As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the Director of Culinary Experience to efficiently run the department within budget.

You will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience, directing and managing all back- and front-of-the-house staff, and maintaining all departmental documentation according to state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in food preparation and a minimum of 1 year of progressive management experience.

Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus.
