City Ambulance Service is rapidly expanding its operations across Texas, with multiple station locations in key cities such as Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and more.

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Paramedics to join our team in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced patient care to those in need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls for transport services
  • Assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate treatment courses based on local protocols
  • Provide first-aid treatment and/or advanced-level life support as needed
  • Clearly explain procedures to patients and relay information to other medical professionals
  • Transport patients safely in an ambulance to hospitals or healthcare facilities
  • Document all medical care provided to patients in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain and clean equipment, supplies, and crew quarters daily

Qualifications:

  • Able to sit, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and job duties
  • 2 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated hourly pay: $24.50+
  • 24-hour shifts with no cap on overtime pay
