Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Blasius Kia. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and representing our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Assist Visitors: Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
  • Answer and Direct Calls: Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and accurate information.
  • Provide Product Information: Provide accurate information about our company's products and services, helping our customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Maintain the Reception Area: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring that it is welcoming and professional.
  • Manage Mail and Packages: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring that they are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, ensuring that our customers are able to meet with our team members at a convenient time.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using phone systems, office equipment, and computer software is required, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this role, as you will be handling sensitive customer information and performing administrative tasks.
  • Professional Appearance: A professional appearance and demeanor is required, as you will be representing our company and interacting with customers.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A customer service-oriented individual is required, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing exceptional service.
  • Availability: Must be available for nights and Saturdays, as our dealership is open seven days a week.
