Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analysis of product requirements and specifications to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop new products and product features that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for products and product features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical and research background, focused on discovering specific design, material, and technical details that are critical to superior product performance.
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Creo) is desired.
- Adept at using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Must be a self-motivated quick learner, results-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for Abb Holdings Inc. in the United States.
