Job Overview

As a seasoned Salesforce Release Manager at CoreFlex Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will oversee the entire release management process for Salesforce platforms, with a focus on Copado. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage release calendars, landscapes, and release plans.
  • Drive and coordinate release execution, including handling P1 and P2 issues.
  • Act as a bridge between CFS and Client, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain Salesforce ORG landscapes and develop release management roadmaps, including release calendars.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Salesforce release management with a strong understanding of Copado.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ORG landscapes, Azure DevOps, and Git.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a release team.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain and close action items effectively.
  • Experience in change management, including developing strategies, managing change requests, and coordinating stakeholder communication.
  • Copado certification is preferred.
