Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SIGINT Ground Internal SETA to join our team at SAIC. As a key member of our team, you will provide requirements management support to manage end-to-end closure for the Government, supporting mission processing activities within the SIGINT Ground Systems Program Office (SGSPO).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development contractors, Government program office personnel, and Government customers on acquisition functions in the SIGINT domain.
  • Provide specialized engineering expertise supporting the acquisition and analysis of SIGINT internals mission processing software services.
  • Assist and advise Government leadership responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise.
  • Oversee development and integration activities, ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze mission thread projects, including technical baseline, project schedules, dependencies, risks, and cost.
  • Advise Senior and Mid-Level managers on acquisition decisions, including investment strategies, portfolio priorities, and risk assessment of project execution.
  • Provide technical and cost assessment of developer proposals, technical reports, design artifacts, and program plans.
  • Derive system level requirements and develop corresponding documentation.
  • Scope and link requirements for proper system definition.
  • Write systems engineering documents and follow templates for documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • 6+ years of experience in SIGINT internals processing or related field.
  • Familiarity with current and future SIGINT satellite and ground collection systems, including current and future capabilities.
  • Proficient in knowledge of SIGINT systems, including command & control, collection, mission processing, and dissemination, as well as associated compliance policies.
  • Working knowledge of program acquisition.
  • Experience drafting system engineering documentation.
  • Experience managing program artifacts.
Target Salary Range

$160,001 - $200,000.
