About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly-focused team at Raytheon, working on the development and maintenance of signal processing applications for real-time operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for digital signal processing applications.
  • Collaborate with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

What You Will Learn:

  • Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.
  • Software lifecycle practices on defense projects.
  • Satellite ground system technologies, including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience with software development using C++.
  • Experience with Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Digital Signal Processing (DSP), or DSP-related software.
  • Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. government-issued security clearance is also required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Xmidas or similar digital signal processing framework.
  • Experience programming in Python and Go.
  • Experience with Atlassian Tools.
  • Experience with Agile Development.

Clearance Information:

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
