The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety and health, environmental management, or a related field. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing EHS programs, leading incident prevention and reduction efforts, and managing KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

As a natural leader, you'll build a culture of EHS excellence, team collaboration, and DBS integration. You'll also facilitate and participate in facility safety and sub-team committees, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate effectively with site leadership.

The essential requirements of the job include a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 3+ years of practical EHS management experience, and strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Previous experience in industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and safety-related certifications is a plus.

This is an on-site position located at our Richmond Manufacturing facility in Richmond, IL. You'll be part of the Site Operations Team and report to the Sr. Director, Manufacturing and Operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and incident prevention
  • Lead EHS-focused kaizens and leverage Lean tools to drive internal job hazard analysis and 4E hazard control risk assessment
  • Manage EHS KPIs and action plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate and participate in facility safety and sub-team committees
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with site leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational safety and health, environmental management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of practical EHS management experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and safety-related certifications is a plus
