  • Provides leadership and guidance to the imaging team, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Collaborates with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of imaging results.
  • Oversees the maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitors and analyzes departmental performance metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Graduate of a Radiology, Imaging, or related educational program.
  • 2 or more years of healthcare experience, including radiology, CT, or diagnostic imaging experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an imaging supervisor.
  • ARRT (R)(CT) or ARDMS Ultrasound Technologist certification.
  • BLS (CPR) certification.
