Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive and efficient office environment.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and dental/service providers, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Collect and track data necessary for patient care and health outcomes reporting, adhering to confidentiality and HIPPA policies.
  • Assist with patient education projects, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to achieve established outcomes, supporting the organization's overall goals.
  • Coordinate care with external offices, specialists, and other services, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
  • Verify insurances, determine eligibility, copay, and benefits, facilitating benefits and prior authorizations between patients and insurance companies.
  • Provide superior customer service and outstanding patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental office is desired.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional language proficiency or fluency preferred.
