Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Array Corp. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and retention
  • Secure new business with prospects and existing clients through effective sales strategies and negotiation
  • Manage client information and sales leads to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, targeted email and CRM outreach campaigns, and meeting with prospective buyers
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Own the relationship with the client, driving the entire sales cycle, managing client questions and/or escalations, and pursuing opportunities to expand our partnership and services

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and think on their feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent follow-through skills and time management
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • Multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills are essential
