Job Summary

MEDIKO INC is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Rockbridge Regional Jail. As a key member of our correctional healthcare team, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health issues
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis management and emergency services as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and correctional staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • Current active and unencumbered State License
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
