As a leading construction equipment distributor in the New England region, we are seeking an experienced New England Crane Specialist to join our team. This role involves selling, renting, and servicing new and used cranes, as well as developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, vacation time, short-term disability insurance, technical training, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan/profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Service: Sell, rent, and service new and used cranes, providing exceptional customer service and promoting future business growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain current product knowledge, identifying and resolving customer concerns, and keeping management informed through activity and results reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license for regular travel to customers.
- Prior experience in the crane and lifting industry is highly valued.
