Responsabilités

En tant que responsable de l'analyse des données d'audit et de la supervision de l'équipe de tarification, vous serez chargé de:

  • Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les membres de l'équipe et les clients en cas de demandes complexes.
  • Enquêter, identifier, surveiller et reconcilier les divergences d'audit afin de garantir l'exactitude de la tarification.
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour recueillir, examiner et enregistrer les informations d'audit requises.
  • Superviser les collaborateurs, les encadrer et les coacher si nécessaire.
  • Travailler avec le service de tarification pour résoudre les problèmes de tarification, d'exactitude et de mise en œuvre.
  • Veiller à ce que les tarifs soient établis dans l'ordre chronologique et dans les délais impartis.
  • Préparer et documenter toutes les réunions hebdomadaires.
  • Rediger et communiquer les SOP et les procédures du département, et les tenir à jour en permanence.
  • Préparer et analyser les rapports réguliers et ad hoc.
  • Respecter toutes les lois/réglementations applicables, ainsi que les politiques/procedures de l'entreprise.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches en fonction des besoins.
Compétences requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir:

  • Un diplôme post-secondaire.
  • Trois (3) ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des transports.
  • Une expérience antérieure en matière de leadership.
  • Une capacité à lire, comprendre et appliquer les termes et conditions des connaissements, des accords avec les clients et des tarifs FedEx.
  • Une capacité avérée à travailler avec un volume de travail élevé tout en restant concentré et en obtenant des résultats d'une grande précision.
  • Des excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps, d'organisation, d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, y compris un grand sens du détail.
  • Des excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, ainsi qu'une forte capacité à encadrer, persuader, collaborer et établir des partenariats à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Une connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint).
  • Une capacité/volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles applications, de nouveaux logiciels, de nouveaux systèmes et de nouveaux équipements, le cas échéant.
  • Une capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes et changeantes.
  • Une capacité avérée à prendre l'initiative et à se motiver pour acquérir de nouvelles compétences.
  • Des compétences professionnelles en matière de communication orale, écrite et de lecture.
  • Une bilinguisme (anglais/français) de préférence ; obligatoire au Québec.
