Job Title: Commissioning Agent

Our team is responsible for overseeing the commissioning process for power generation and distribution systems, uninterruptible power supplies, automatic transfer switches, PDU's and medium voltage switchgear. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of electrical power systems or equivalent industry experience with strong communication skills.

This role requires a minimum of 50% travel and involves developing, overseeing, and writing commissioning policies, scripts, and procedures. The candidate will also be responsible for validating equipment installations, performing construction observations, and executing tests for electrical systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of electrical commissioning experience with a strong emphasis in data centers preferred.
  • Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering is preferred but will consider other engineering disciplines, two (2) year degree, military training, or equivalent work experience.
  • Passion for leading in moments of ambiguity, particularly in the realm of construction and electrical operational problems.
  • Top-notch organization in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office products is critical.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be motivated by deadlines, and possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and construction industry standards.
  • Experience conducting quality control of electrical construction documents.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD. Bluebeam experience a plus.
