About the Role

Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Specialist II to join our Manheim Express team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation of vehicle condition, driving incremental business growth, and collaborating with our field sales team, auction team members, and other Cox Automotive business units to create and execute a growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Documentation: Locate, start, move, and inspect vehicles on dealers' lots safely, conduct thorough assessments of vehicle condition following the Manheim Express Inspection process, and verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system.
  • Business Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for growth and present Manheim Express as a solution for new and existing clients, develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, and inform, educate, and advise dealers regarding policies, procedures, and marketplace strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Function as a team player and work closely with other team members, sales and auction partners, and our client care staff to create a superior client experience.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Salesforce for planning, tracking, and reporting, and have strong technical aptitude, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: BA/BS degree and 2 years work-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Automotive knowledge preferred, with 3+ years Auction experience or dealership experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and hold at least 30 lbs. at waist level for an extended period of time, regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear, and frequently required to crouch, bend, and kneel to look at side or underneath car.
Compensation and Benefits

Cox Automotive offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $15,000.00. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care insurance, retirement planning, and paid days off.
