Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily operations, including fleet availability and revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement processes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Drive sales growth through the creation of a dynamic, customer-focused sales organization.
  • Champion productivity improvements and ensure employees follow established standards.
  • Engage in effective communication plans to build employee engagement and achieve business results.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Manage airport locations and geographic areas in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Participate in the recruiting process and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or operations, with a focus on sales management and leadership.
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and direct teams.
