As a Management Resident, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key departments around our entities, rotating every few months to gain experience in different areas. You will work closely with our experienced management team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to choose a track that aligns with your interests and career goals.
Our Management Residency program provides a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, and is an excellent way to launch your career in management. Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in key departments around our entities
- Rotate every few months to gain experience in different areas

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (having graduated within the last 24 months) or completed by start date of program required
- Some leadership experience preferred
- Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church required
