Plasma Center Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our donors and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility, including new and repeat donors, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist donors with appointments, create or pull donor record files, and provide customer service to donors and fellow employees.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system, purge records, and report to the center management team on operational opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
