Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Record Management Coordinator. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing requests for files, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are accurately indexed and stored.
  • Process requests for files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in record management or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The employee will be required to work in a standard office environment with occasional travel to off-site locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
