Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with filing, document management, and record-keeping.
  2. Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  3. Direct phone calls and respond to emails.
  4. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
