Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Emerging Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and distribution network, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of logistics and operations professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of business processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role in operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics Management.
  • 4 years of experience as a general manager with total facility responsibility in an operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, managing P&L, developing manpower forecasts, monitoring regulatory compliance, and analyzing financial/operational data.
  • Senior-level experience managing multiple functional areas within a warehouse or logistics network.

  • Competitive salary range: $66,560.00-$139,000.00.
