Position Overview

As a Registered Dietitian at Accanto Health, you will play a vital role in guiding clients towards recovery by providing comprehensive nutrition therapy. You will:

  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments for each assigned patient, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized care plans that address each patient's unique needs.
  • Deliver engaging group nutrition education sessions to empower clients with essential knowledge and skills.
  • Provide active meal coaching and support to patients and their families/support systems, including participation in Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks as appropriate.
  • Develop comprehensive transition/aftercare plans for all patients, ensuring seamless coordination of care with internal and external dietitians.
  • Work closely with the Nutrition and Culinary Manager and nutrition team to provide clinical coverage when needed.
Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian credential required.
  • Current license in the state of Georgia required.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
