Position SummaryCompass Group is seeking a Remote 1099 Contractor for the role of Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist with a focus on recruiting dietitians.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate candidate pipelines for dietitian roles through various channels, emphasizing challenging positions.
- Collaborate with the clinical recruitment team to create innovative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting passive candidates through networking, outreach, and advanced internet searches.
- Assess candidate profiles and conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate qualifications for open positions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates and oversee marketing and sourcing initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
- Research industry trends and proactively refine sourcing strategies to optimize candidate pipelines.
- Assist with pre-screening tasks, including CV reviews and candidate phone interviews as necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting Credentialed Registered Dietitians.
- Credentialed Registered Dietitian status is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram for candidate sourcing.
- In-depth knowledge of internet resources, search engines, networking sites, job boards, and relevant industry associations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ability to qualify candidates through interviews while adhering to OFCCP regulations.
