Job Description

Job Summary:

The MxD Workforce Development Intern will support the development of audio/video content for our e-learning program. This role will involve setting up recording equipment, operating audio and video equipment, and ensuring seamless transfer of A/V files to storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support A/V production to record and create e-learning content
  • Collaborate with Course Instructors, Workforce Development Associate, and VTC Product Manager to record content and transfer raw footage and audio
  • Schedule and manage reservations for recording studio customers
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to align on production needs
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • At least 1 year experience in supporting audio/video production
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to complete tasks by given deadlines
  • Ability to function independently with little guidance and to complete tasks in accordance with set timelines
  • Ability and desire to work in a highly dynamic environment
