Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Systems Developer to enhance our technology capabilities. The Senior Systems Developer will be responsible for collaborating with the team to develop, implement, and maintain both proprietary and third-party software solutions essential for our operational systems.

Core Duties:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support advanced software applications utilized within the organization, many of which are proprietary.
  • Assess new software and hardware to evaluate their relevance and suitability for our operations.
  • Oversee and manage the local server infrastructure, including local area networks, wide area networks, and associated connections.
  • Provide training to users on technical aspects and the use of standard software applications.
  • Ensure security measures are in place for network access, application access, and user verification.
  • Establish backup and disaster recovery protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proficiency with software development tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and capacity for multitasking.
  • At least two years of experience in the securities trading sector.
