Job Title: Lead Oracle Business System Engineer

At Sherwin-Williams, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Oracle Business System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle-based business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based business systems, ensuring they meet the company's business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, design documents, and user manuals, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our business systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Oracle-based business systems.
  • Expertise in Oracle development tools, platforms, and languages, including Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Proven experience in leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex business systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies and certifications in Agile/PMP.
  • Experience working in High Radius Collections Cloud Applications.
