About the Role

Evolent Health is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions using C#, cloud computing, and relational database technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cloud-based solutions using C# and cloud computing technologies.
  • Design and implement relational database systems to support our cloud-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering technology and practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering related occupations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of C# and experience in newer versions of .Net framework and .net Core.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SQL and experience in SQL Server 2019 or newer.
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python and PySpark.
  • Experience using a unit testing framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adept at writing SQL queries and understanding relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure family of products.
  • Experience developing in Microsoft Fabric or other analytics platforms.
  • Proficient with design patterns, security, performance, UI components, and caching.
