Role Overview

As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer with Oracle, you'll contribute to a mission-critical platform that empowers our customers to tackle global healthcare challenges in areas such as vaccines and oncology with unparalleled performance, scale, and reliability. You should be self-directed with deep experience and knowledge in software design, coding, and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, create, and maintain the full stack (both front-end and back-end) of a customer-facing cloud-native application.

Contribute to the creation and review of system and software requirements.

Promote and support good software engineering practices.

Adhere to company procedures and help maintain relevant documentation.

Actively engage in all aspects of the software engineering process.

Prepare test cases for software verification and validation.

Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications.

Requirements

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area. 6+ years of software engineering or related experience.
