Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Orthopedics team at SGMF-Sutter Gould Med Foundation. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of recent relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of medical office workflows and processes.
  • Leadership skills, including team building and coaching/mentoring.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with physicians and care providers.
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state, federal, and other laws, regulations, and requirements impacting department operations.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel between Stockton and Lodi locations.

Benefits:
