Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for inspecting and supporting officers and management with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Learn all job sites and their requirements.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Inspect all job sites daily and assist operations with monitoring vehicle idling.
- Assist operations with scheduling and fill-in for officers as needed due to call-off, paid time off, etc.
- Ability to multitask and take direction from management.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with officers and management.
- Ability to be on call and fill-in for officers on short notice (1 to 2 hours).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pistol Permit Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card. Able to obtain any and all security certifications/licenses.
