Clinical Care RN Specialist (Caregiver) Health

On-Site, On-Call, Day Shift

In fostering optimal health and wellness among caregivers at Providence, the Clinical Care RN Specialist is tasked with delivering essential clinical health services for caregivers. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to both state and federal regulations as well as Providence policies.

The RN Specialist collaborates closely with various teams, including Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being, to provide superior occupational and environmental health services.

All responsibilities are executed in alignment with Providence's mission, values, and philosophy. In every facet of the role, the RN Specialist exemplifies the values and mission of the organization, advocating for the integration of services within a culture of health and safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN in an acute hospital environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Occupational Health Nurse certification within 2 years of hire
- At least 1 year of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting
- 6 months of experience with computer databases and systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Compensation:
The listed amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
