Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Service Specialist to join our team at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our ambulatory clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers and patients in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
  • Assist with front office duties, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program within 12 months of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers within 30 days of employment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and clinical judgment skills
