Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Roving Personal Banker to join our team in the Sarasota District. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across various branch locations within the district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to branch locations within the district, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized service.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, including opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect customers with their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive solutions and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
