Job Title: Freight Sales Representative

Progressive Freight Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage carrier relationships to secure freight capacity and optimize rates.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in freight sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other software applications.
