Scaled Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaled Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering 1:1 engagements, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns to ensure our customers derive value, are optimized for success, and are happily growing with Zendesk for the long term.

About the JobAs a Scaled Customer Success Manager, you will work across a large cohort of different types of customers, delivering comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns. You will leverage data and insights to shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations. You will also help forecast and mitigate risk, ensuring growth, and drive customer satisfaction.
About YouWe are looking for a dynamic, agile, and nimble individual with 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success or Account Management. You should have experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions, in a thorough, compelling, but crisp manner. You should also have experience and interest in diving into new products and software systems and can quickly learn and understand how new products work and how customers can get value out of them.
