Program Site Manager II

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Site Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our government worksites team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contractors and ensuring that all tasks and functions are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of contract employees at government worksites
  • Prepare and route process documents, including TARs, ERs, EAN, OT forms, and training requests
  • Approve PTO and Flextime requests for employees, coordinating with government labor needs
  • Conduct performance appraisals for contract staff and identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as the point of contact for policy and information distribution to contract staff
  • Manage timesheets for subordinate contract staff and oversee the vacancy and interview processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Identify and address performance and disciplinary issues, working closely with HR and Security teams
  • Represent the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at government worksites
Requirements:
  • 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in federal contracting and 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with Security professionals and adult education environments is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with a creative problem-solving approach
  • Experience with online software applications and/or MS Office tools
  • Solid attention to detail, organization, initiative, follow-through, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
Security Clearance:
  • Possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals
Work Environment:

Office environment with minimal travel required
