At eTeam Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality inspections and testing of manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processing via random QA audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings to management.
- Assist with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results and ensure compliance with quality management system standards.
- Ensure incoming materials and outgoing products meet required specifications.
- Provide training and instruction to production operators on QA measuring procedures and develop quality procedures and work instructions.
- High School Degree, preferred.
- 1+ year of Quality Assurance experience, preferred.
- Ability to work with little supervision and enforce SOP and product specifications.
- Knowledge in Excel and strong mathematics skills.
