- Product Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge of Jon Renau's products to guide the sales team and clients effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and sales approaches.
- Partnership Development: Form strategic partnerships with salons, fashion outlets, influencers, and other relevant parties to increase brand visibility and sales channels.
- Training & Development: Train the sales team on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques to ensure they perform at their highest potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or similar role, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or haircare industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and scaling a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the alternative hair industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
