POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our team, focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives that drive value within our restaurant operations. This role will involve supporting the monitoring and reporting of ESG performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, familiarity with ESG metrics, and a keen interest in understanding how sustainability practices enhance business value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ESG Data Management - Oversee the execution of ESG monitoring surveys across our restaurant portfolio.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Evaluate survey findings and assist in the creation of comprehensive ESG reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Manage inquiries related to ESG initiatives and performance from our partners.
  • Research Support - Collaborate with senior team members on research for potential acquisitions and review ESG reports from portfolio restaurants.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, with a strong emphasis on data integrity.
  • Experience with ESG data analysis in a corporate setting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

COMPENSATION

The expected annual base salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
